Tuesday 5th October at Brands Hatch will see the re-introduction of the TKC Track Day Experience which we are planning to attend.
This could be looked on as an initial introduction to the creation and launch of a New Stratos to celebrate it's 40th birthday.

We are pleased to announce the renewed association of the Corse with Frank Barretts of Keighley, the Fabrication Workshop who were involved over 20 years ago in the production of the Corse chassis during the early days of the project.
In the intervening years Barretts have extended their business interests into the design and creation of 4 x 4 Off Road Competition Vehicles.

Our original intention, when bringing Barretts back onto the scene, was as a base for the final assembly of our kits, which includes the fitting of the bodywork and preparation for shipment.

The latest customer built Corse to be completed. Shipped in May 2008 to Carlo in Northern Italy, this is the first of the updated chassis to be fitted with an Alfa 24 valve 3.0 litre engine complete with catalytic converter.

The next stage of our 2009 Development Programme is the introduction of a Starter Chassis Kit for our UK customers.

This will be to assist those with limited workshop space or who would prefer to spread the initial cost.

The Starter Kit will consist of a fully bracketed ( Alfa V6 ) powder coated Corse I chassis, all the specially manufactured associated components and a parts listing which includes the fixings requirements.

This will enable the customer to purchase the "off the shelf " items, as and when required, at the best prices they can source which should produce a worthwhile cost saving.

We are also looking into other potentially cost saving ways in which we can assist our UK customers to achieve thier dream.

We are pleased to announce that, after a lengthy review, the Corse chassis manufacturing has been re-located to Caged, see www.therollcagepeople.com.

The process has been updated to be controlled by a Solidworks computerised programme which will help to ensure that the best quality product possible can be achieved.

An order has been placed with Caged for the first batch of customer chassis that are currently being produced, to which at least one more is to be added following the confirmation of an order during the past week from the United States.

It should be noted that the Stradale Corse package contents published on this site are being reviewed. This is to try and make sure that we can maintain the " Good value for the money" price quoted and still ensure that the essential specialised components are included.

Also, prompted by the increased enquiry activity from overseas, we should point out that the pricing listed is primarily applicable for domestic right hand drive UK specification and supplied kits.

Export pricing for territories outside the UK may therefore be subject to variations and local regulations.
